What this policy covers
This policy explains how FreeAI Studio handles information when you use our iOS or Android application, website, account services, creation features, rewarded advertising, and credit purchases.
Information you provide
We receive account details through the sign-in method you choose, prompts and recent context needed to answer the current request, media you intentionally upload as generation input, and purchase or reward identifiers needed for verification. We do not sell your personal information.
Chats stay on your device
Your conversation history and summaries are stored locally on the device that created them. They do not synchronize to your account or another device. Our servers receive only the context submitted for the current response and do not store your full conversation history as a cloud library.
Generated and uploaded media
Source media and finished generations may be processed and held temporarily in private cloud storage. Generated cloud copies expire within 24 hours. Source media is removed as soon as it is no longer required for processing, with a 24-hour maximum backstop. Permanent copies exist only when you save them to your device.
Account and economic records
We store account status, device registrations, credit balances, an immutable credit ledger, verified reward and purchase records, streak status, fair-use counters, and limited generation metadata. These records protect purchased value, prevent duplicate charges or rewards, enforce limits, and support account security.
Advertising, purchases, analytics, and diagnostics
Rewarded ads are delivered by Google Mobile Ads and verified server-side. Mobile purchases are processed by Apple or Google and verified by our server. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics help us understand feature reliability. We do not send prompts, chat text, uploaded media, generated media, auth tokens, receipts, or signed download links to analytics or crash reports.
Notifications
If you opt in, we use push notifications for generation completion or failure and optional streak reminders. Notification payloads contain a generation identifier and coarse status, not your prompt or media.
Retention and deletion
You can clear local chats and individual gallery entries. Account deletion removes your authentication identity, profile, devices, temporary media, and user-facing generation history. We may retain minimized financial, fraud-prevention, or legal records where required, without retaining your media or full prompts.
Cross-device behavior
Signing in on another device restores account status, credits, streak, purchases, and fair-use state. It does not restore chats, permanent media, or another device’s gallery history.
Your choices
- Control notification permission in your device settings.
- Choose whether to watch a rewarded ad.
- Save, share, or delete local media.
- Request account deletion in the Account screen.
