Agreement
By creating an account or using FreeAI Studio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and comply with applicable platform rules.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and for activity under your account. Guest access is not offered. We may restrict compromised, abusive, or fraudulent accounts.
Fair use and availability
Free chat and promotional features are subject to remotely managed daily limits, rate limits, capacity controls, and safety checks. Features, quality tiers, durations, resolutions, and availability may change. A displayed estimate is not final until the server returns an authoritative quote.
Credits
Credits are virtual consumable value used only inside FreeAI Studio. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed or transferred, and are not a subscription. Paid credits come from verified in-app purchases. Bonus credits may come from verified ads, streaks, or promotions and are normally spent first.
Generation charges and refunds
Credits are reserved before a paid generation begins. If a generation fails without a delivered result, the exact paid and bonus amounts charged are restored automatically. Processing jobs may remain pending while their final status is reconciled; a network timeout alone does not prove failure.
Promotions and rewarded ads
Promotions are limited, non-transferable, and may require a completed rewarded ad. Rewards are granted only after server verification. Replayed, forged, automated, or manipulated reward and purchase events are prohibited.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in prompts and media. You grant us the limited permission needed to transmit, process, temporarily store, and return that content to provide the requested feature. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for submitted content.
Prohibited use
- Illegal, abusive, exploitative, or rights-infringing content.
- Attempts to bypass limits, mint credits, forge purchases or rewards, or extract credentials.
- Automated use that disrupts the service or creates unreasonable provider cost.
- Misrepresenting generated content in a harmful or deceptive manner.
Generated output
Generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to output produced for others. Do not rely on it as professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. Availability and output quality are not guaranteed.
Termination and deletion
You may delete your account in the app. We may suspend access for material violations, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. Purchased credits are not transferable to a recreated account.
